Dress Code

The guidelines for the Long Creek Dress Code are as follows:

Clothes that do not cause a distraction
Size appropriate
Clothes and shoes should be comfortable (athletic shoes and clothing on P.E. Days)
Long shorts, skirts, capris, or pants are acceptable
- Shorts and skirts need to be an appropriate length, reaching mid-thigh or longer
- Pants should have no rips showing skin above the knee

Open-toed shoes (such as flip-flops or slides)
Spaghetti straps or sleeveless dresses or shirts
Short skirts, dresses, or shorts (above mid-thigh)
Clothing with inappropriate graphics or designs
- Anything that will cause a distraction in the classroom
Hats and hoods being worn in the building
If students come to school dressed inappropriately, parents will be called and asked to bring a change of clothes
